Refund policy

If the guides are not for you, email us at support@heirloomguides.com within 30 days of purchase and you will receive a full refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our checkout provider.

If you did not receive your download link, or a file does not open, contact us and we will send it again.

Terms of service

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the guides. You may print the printable pages for your own use. No part of them may be reproduced, distributed, shared or resold without written permission.

The guides are general educational content about etiquette, entertaining and social customs. No specific result is promised or guaranteed.

Payments are processed by our checkout provider. By completing a purchase you also agree to the terms shown at checkout.

Privacy policy

We only collect what is needed to deliver your purchase: the name, email and payment details you enter at checkout, processed by our checkout provider. We use your email to send your download links and, occasionally, news about the guides; you can unsubscribe at any time.

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics to count page visits. We do not sell your personal information.
